What do you want to achieve by the end of 2023? Increase repeat return rate, increase front shop sales, hire another staff member or create awareness.
Write down what your goals are, your idea’s, your end of year objectives and priorities for 2023. When you see it visually on paper, it helps keep a running tab on what you have thought of previously, and what you can add on.
Here is where you go into detail for each of your goals. Who will it be allocated to, what is the budget, who is your target market and how will it be achieved.
Adding a calendar to your goals allows you to set dates prior to your targeted date. For Example, in October start planning for the festive season specials, competitions etc. This way you are giving yourself enough time to be prepared.
Once you have everything written down, now it’s time to share it with your staff. Communication helps you and others involved stay on track to reach those goals. Once you have told someone about it, it makes you feel accountable to follow through with your plan.
Now is the time to walk the walk. Putting your plan into play and measuring the outcome. This will help you learn for future goals, what does and doesn’t work, and the changes that can be implemented in your pharmacy.
